These gloves fit my needs for shooting and some light weight training. They fit my average-sized hands fine. No hot pinch points when worn. Stitching is fine without too many loose threads. Those I found could be singed off with a lighter easily enough. The fabric doesn't appear particularly durable but is soft enough and comfortable, which is what I care about. The palm surfaces are fabric but do grip well enough on a pistol or weight bar. Knuckle area is also fabric.These aren't professional gloves. By this I mean that though they are close to perfect for the gym and weekend range visits, they are not robust enough for professional use (e.g., military). As mentioned, knuckles and palm are fabric so offer little extra protection. Fasteners are Velcro style, but somewhat small contact area.These fit tight, but not too tight. Wore them on a hunt last week and were great for navigating steep climbs and rocky areas.Simple, but not expensive gloves. The size is slightly reduced.Very lightweight but do run small. Had to return and refund was issued in a timely manner.I ordered these while I was still in the hospital rehab unit. My hands ached quickly using the walker and wheelchair, even with padding on the walker's grips. These gloves truly helped. They feel good, go on and come off easily, and give a lot more comfort than their appearance would suggest. I also love the tan color - they don't draw as much attention to themselves as black.The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the velcro straps have become frayed around the edges. Doesn't change the functionality at all, but it does distress the appearance. I can trim with scissors, but it's really not that big a deal. But I wanted to be thorough in my review.I highly recommend these gloves. Really do love them.These gloves run a size smallThe gloves is reasonably easy on and not too bad off with a little tabs you can pull on. And if you like me and you have arthritis in your hands, it can be put on tight enough to assists with your arthritis like a compression glove.
