I like everything about these mitts except the price! They are lightweight, yet lofty and warm, and waterproof/breathable. The elasticized wrist strap keeps you from losing them if you need to take them off to adjust boots etc. I have Raynaud's, a circulatory condition that requires that the extremities be kept warm. Gloves are a total no-go, and with other mittens I have had to use handwarmers constantly. These mitts are so warm I don't need to use hand warmers at all unless it's in the single digits, at which time I might add them after being out for about 3 hours, when my Raynaud's is finally starting to break through. If your hands are keeping you from enjoying the outdoors in winter, splurge for these, guard them with your life, and go out and have all the winter fun you want :) (And, for the feet, battery-powered boot warmer insoles will keep your toes happy!)
