Simply add or remove weight bars with a zippered back top wrist opening for adding 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 weights per glove. Gloves are sized approximately 14 and 16 oz. each before adding weights. Ten weights are included, 5 per glove. GEL infused tri-stacked cuff with 360 degree wraparound wrist strap with hook-and-loop closure provides extra support and security.
